Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from our Online Store is very easy! Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check-out". Please note that we have a Minimum Order Value of £10 per order.

To amend the contents of your basket click on the 'View & Amend Basket' link.

If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Switch and Connect/Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely over the Internet.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your complete order or back-order only, if you would rather not wait.

If you would like some of your ordered products to be sent to different delivery addresses please place a separate order for each delivery address. The checkout will remember your personal details, should you choose to leave this option enabled.

Shipping And Handling
Orders over £60 are delivered FREE within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands.

We pay all handling and delivery charges (Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force) right to your door. All orders below £60 cost a flat fee of £3.99 for shipping, regardless of weight. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Mondays.

Please note that we have a Minimum Order Value of £10 per order.

Shipping to the EU costs £7.99, no matter how big or heavy your order is.

If you would like some of your ordered products to be sent to different delivery addresses please place a separate order for each delivery address. The checkout will remember your personal details, should you choose to leave this option enabled.

Delivery Schedule
We currently deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands and all other European Union countries.
You can also order from overseas for delivery within the EC.

Tax Charges
For orders to be delivered within the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price. Deliveries to the Channel Islands are exclusive of VAT.

Credit Card Security
There are no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our ordering system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Although completion of some fields is mandatory during the checkout process (i.e. phone number, email address of delivery contact), should you wish to keep them private just enter a few random characters into these fields. For example, the recipients phone number may be ex-directory and you may wish for that number to remain confidential. In case of delivery difficulties we may need to contact the recipient and therefore, wherever possible, we need a contact number or email.
